I'll take you to the original Tsingtao Brewery (No.1 Plant) and queue with locals at the next-door window for un-pasteurized fresh draft in plastic bags (the famous "beer in a bag"). Then a tiny neighborhood pijiuwu—plastic stool, fresh keg draft, spicy clams and grilled squid. This is Qingdao's real beer culture.
